Inca Son
Inca Son introduces and educates people to the riches of Andean Culture. The group presents traditional music and dance of the Andes Mountains of Peru and Latin America in authentic and colorful Inca attire. The instruments that are used, with the exception of the stringed instruments, are made by the musicians themselves.

"Long Time Traveling" with special guests, Darol Anger and Scott Nygaard
Inspired by their runaway hit American Angels, Anonymous 4 has embarked on another journey into Americana featuring lyric folk songs and religious ballads, shape-note tunes, and spiritualImage and gospel hymns. Highlights will include haunting versions of "Poor Wayfaring Stranger," a wildly different setting of "Shall We Gather at the River," and Anonymous 4's arrangements of gospel favorites "Just Over in the Gloryland" and "Green Pastures."

Nashville Mandolin Ensemble
With its scintillating contemporary qualities, the Nashville Mandolin Ensemble has been hailed for revitalizing and reshaping a type of ensemble music that enjoyed nationwide popularity at the turn of the 20th century. Through its array of mandolins, mandola, mandocello, violin, guitar and bass, NME commands expressive string colors of kaleidoscopic range and variety.
All performances begin promptly at 7:30 p.m.

For your convenience, we will provide you with a parking permit that is valid during LTCA performances. Howard Auditorium is a wheel-chair accessible facility and special parking is available. Let us know about any special needs.

Although events are contracted for the 2006-2007 season, out of necessity, some changes or cancellations may take place. In this event, every effort will be made to find a suitable substitution and to notify members.
The Arts are alive in Ruston. LTCA encourages its membership to support and attend our local Arts presenters including: Louisiana Tech University School of the Performing Arts- Faculty Recital Series, Chamber Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, Opera Workshop, University Theatre, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Chamber Recitals and Student Recitals, Chamber Singers and University Choir.
