The Department of Theatre has a rich heritage of productions, dating back to the early nineteen hundreds. It continues to offer the serious student the opportunity to become involved in productions from their first day on campus!
The programs at Tech are based on a working knowledge of the art and craft of Theatre. We emphasize both classroom and practical production experiences. The teaching of Theatre is largely practical, with a strong commitment to the mentoring of students. At Tech, we strive to look at each student as an individual, considering your desires and goals within the framework of a solid professional education.
