- Please arrive in stadium area by this time in order to have enough time to unload and move into stadium for massed bands rehearsal. Buses will be directed to parking area on arrival. Unload and enter stadium through east side gates. Make your way into the stadium and sit at either the north 20yd line or the south 20yd line. (This is where the field access portals are located.) When it is time for the massed bands rehearsal, Mr. Robken will announce what needs to be one over the stadium PA.
2:00p-3:30p
- Massed bands rehearsal
3:30p
- Dismissal. Bands will need to stay in the stadium area because of parking restrictions.
5:30p
- Tech Band enters stadium for pregame activities
6:00p
- Scheduled Kickoff
6:45p
- Halftime (approximate) After half-time, bands will be allowed to exit stadium through the North gate to put away equipment and then return.
9:00p
- Game end (approximate). Bands are invited to stay for post game concert by the Tech Band of Pride. We normally do this to allow traffic to clear prior to leaving the stadium area.
