Audio Audition Requirements (audio cassette, CD) Winds: One slow and one fast selection which show the student's ability. Two major scales, one of which must be two octaves and the chromatic scale. Percussion: One Snare, one Mallet, and one Timpani selection (please include copy of music for evaluation)	Automatic Selection Students selected to the current school year All State Bands, Jazz, or Orchestra or who were members of last year's Ark-La-Tex Honor Wind Ensemble (top group), are automatically accepted until available positions are filled. All other applicants follow the recorded audition requirements to the left.

If you are selected and decline prior to Jan. 12, you will receive a full refund minus $20 processing fee. If you are accepted and decline after Jan. 19, you will not receive a refund.
