According to the Louisiana Board of Regents, and the
Registrar of Louisiana Tech University; Our Music
Education degrees were re-named Bachelor of Music
Education in October, 2004.
Therefore, the music education degrees at Louisiana Tech University are Bachelor of Music Education Instrumental (BME - Instrumental), and Bachelor of Music Education Vocal (BME - Vocal). Starting with our next music education graduate, these degrees will begin being awarded.
